Used 2024 Porsche Macan for sale near Norco, CA

I was skeptical. I am a believer in authorized dealer service and have been using authorized dealers for more than twenty years, on vehicles purchased new and kept for that length of time. In the case of the 911, I had tried three dealers in my area, all with disappointing results. Porsche Irvine was a refreshing change. Every part of the experience from the onlne appointment, to the greeting by my service advisor, to the quality of work performed, to the convenient transport arrangement while my car was at the dealer were all first class experiences. A special thanks to my service advisor, Yves. From his documenting of my problem, to taking photos prior to service, to his excellent follow up and statusing, and delivery of the finished car, he was exceptional. No upselling, no suggesting work I didn't need, no new problems when I picked up the car, just a clean professional service experience. I am delighted to have found a dealer I can trust.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

Fantastic experience with this dealership. Staff was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend. 2020 Porsche Panamera exceeded my expectations. Car was delivered in emaculent condition; not a flaw (Costa Mesa, CA to Healdsburg, CA).

I?ve known and trust these people for over 30 years. They (the management, service writers, the mechanics) are all the most competent in the business and I trust them all to do their best for me and my 21 year old car (which I bought from them)! Thes people are my friends!!!

So wonderful to have the same service writer over 20 years who takes care of me like a friend. The facilities are impeccable, the service is thorough and expertly performed. What's not to like?

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. From the beginning to the end, Rob provided the best communication and service I’ve ever received in purchasing a vehicle. Rob made it a priority to make sure the best service was provided. I purchased a Macan for my wife and a Cayenne for me and we’re so happy that we chose to go with Porsche of riverside and that Rob was our sales rep. The selling price of the cars appears to be higher than competitors. A one-price no negotiations is also a form of monopoly especially when multiple dealers with the same brands are owned by AutoNation.
