On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. I have a Land Rover near my house (Coral Gables), but since I met the manager LUIS CHIEA, nothing has stopped me from traveling to the north of Miami. Now the company has hired PAULO SANTOS, who speaks Portuguese as well as LUIS CHIEA. THIS SALESMAN WILL CERTAINLY BE A SALES CHAMPION... HE HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER. Great experience at Brickell Mazda. Daniel Chang and New Car Manager Oliver Mayoral were excellent. I met Daniel on his first week at Mazda a few months back, and he made sure to follow up and work with me on the time frame I set for myself to lease a new CX-9. When the time came, I called Daniel with exactly what I wanted. He spoke to Oliver who then called me to come in. Thanks to Daniel and Oliver the transaction was painless. The whole process was easy, and I was in and out in record time. Thanks again gentlemen.

Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

Very professional team from the sales person(Maynel Garcia) to financing and management, I did not feel like they were trying to make the sale it felt like a good experience for me, I got the right vehicle according to what I needed, and everything was accurate and the process went smoothly
