I wanted to buy a used crv ex from 2017, was in market for 3 months, I attended lot of Honda dealers. Most of them either quoted more or argued with me for unnecessary things!! I fiws in near to give up my car buying dream. Luckily I came across Tenfly Honda dealer !!! And ended up buying my own car. But people under this dealership are very kind and had sept t lot of time in explaining details on car future they event took self interest to check gas on my vehicle and made a tank full !! Matt and the used dealership was great. We talked via the phone and had everything prep and ready to go. The warranty guy, not so much. He was very pushy on a extended warranty after being told no 3-4 times. The only reason I deducted a star. We picked up a RX350 and was great process.

I traded in my 992 911S for a 992 GT3. Since then, I just had my GT3 serviced at Porsche Englewood on September 16th 2025. Nico at service gave me all the information on what the car was going to receive that day along with a loaner. He’s a Porsche owner himself, super nice, knowledgeable as a former Porsche tech and got me on my way promptly. Brian was the Porsche tech that worked on my car. He provided me with video and messaging updates of my car. The 5 min videos were very informative and thorough, sent 2x 5 min videos to me going over the entire car, priceless. Worth the money to take your Porsche where they give it the proper attention and utmost professionalism.

Service rep Julian provided timely communication and follow-up. Made the overall experience smooth and low stress for the one week my car was at Porsche Englewood.

I actually ended up trading two cars and the process was seamless with no pressure. The general manager even came out to greet me. Full credit goes to John Anthony because he put me in a better car at a much better deal. He came in on his day off to deliver it to me. I truly enjoyed working this purchase through with him and very much like the car he sold me. Great dealership.

I first contacted Porsche Larchmont in late 2019 about purchasing my dream vehicle, a 718 Cayman GT4. Since I was a young child, I have been an avid car enthusiast, and owning a yellow Porsche and a red Ferrari at some point in my lifetime were both bucket list items for me. Coming from owning 3 BMW M cars in the past, I was used to the experience working with my preferred BMW dealer, and wasn't sure what to expect with Porsche. I had interactions with Ashley Harris (General Manager), Sylwester (Sales manager), and Pedro DeAraujo (Sales Representative) throughout this process, and I can unequivocally say that the experience with each of them was consistently one of professionalism. There were certainly a couple of points through the process where we hit challenges, but each time Pedro (and his leadership) was patient, extremely responsive, understanding, professional, and always found an amicable and fair resolution to the situation at hand. To me, this is a great testament to a dealership that is looking to build long-term sustainable relationships vs. selling these often limited quantity Porsches with a short-term, profit maximizing perspective. Especially on the day of finalizing the paperwork and taking delivery of the vehicle, the dealership was at its finest. They had all the paperwork prepared and signing paperwork took all of 5 minutes (which was much needed for me with 2 toddlers accompanying us!). On the day of delivery, as any good sales rep would, Pedro left a couple of tricks in the bag to make the experience even more special for me. This is the best experience I've had with the handful of Porsche dealers I've visited, and it was truly a pleasurable car-buying experience!
