Cars.Com paired me up with Nashua Porsche, which is a little far from us, but I setup an appointment for Saturday morning to view new/used Macans. Upon arrival we met Jim Horgos, who could not have been nicer and was very professional. He set us up with a Macan test drive and sent us on our way. When we returned .. we struck a deal in about 20 minutes for an almost brand new beautiful Macan. No haggling. No dissing our trade-in. Just straight up deal making. Jim followed up with us after the sale and stayed late on Monday (13 hour day) to deliver the car to us when we wanted it. The best part was going through the features of the car with Jim before we left. He knew the car inside and out without even looking at the buttons. Very impressive for such a complex car. Since then he has followed up with several emails. Jim was a pleasure to work with, an asset to Porsche Nashua, and I would highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a straight deal on a new/used Porsche.

In all respects I was treated fairly and with respect. Although purchased sight unseen, the vehicle was in the described condition and is mechanically sound. Purchased a used vehicle from Porsche of Monterey. I had a specific vehicle in mind and scheduled an appointment with Jun (informative and helpful) to drive the vehicle. The appointment went smoothly with no time wasted. A few days later the decision was made to purchase the vehicle. Heather made the paperwork process as pleasant as possible and took less than an hour to complete and drive away. Overall, one of the smoothest vehicle transactions I've ever had.

They were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We live much closer to another dealership however, we heard such positive feedback from our friends about their experience at West Broward Porsche so we did decided to make the drive and it was definitely worth it. Roy was our sales experience consigliere and is the best there is. We came into the dealership quite tense and Roy became our trusted advisor through this process. Roy even felt the vehicle could have been cleaner and personally came to our home to pick it up after purchase for it to be fully detailed.
