They were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We live much closer to another dealership however, we heard such positive feedback from our friends about their experience at West Broward Porsche so we did decided to make the drive and it was definitely worth it. They made buying a car a pleasurable experience for a change. I would definitely recommend the dealership and if possible working with Kurt and Payton.

One of the sales managers, Ace, and Salesman Rashid were tremendously helpful and transparent in providing information/videos as well as in negotiating a fair and competitive purchase transition. They further assisted in the shipping of the vehicle to my Midwest home. The transaction took less than a week from the time I I called and first spoke with Ace until the delivery of the vehicle to my Midwest residence. Overall outstanding and professional service and open and frequent communications throughout the purchase transaction. Roy was our sales experience consigliere and is the best there is. We came into the dealership quite tense and Roy became our trusted advisor through this process. Cars.Com paired me up with Nashua Porsche, which is a little far from us, but I setup an appointment for Saturday morning to view new/used Macans. Upon arrival we met Jim Horgos, who could not have been nicer and was very professional. He set us up with a Macan test drive and sent us on our way. When we returned .. we struck a deal in about 20 minutes for an almost brand new beautiful Macan. No haggling. No dissing our trade-in. Just straight up deal making. Jim followed up with us after the sale and stayed late on Monday (13 hour day) to deliver the car to us when we wanted it. The best part was going through the features of the car with Jim before we left. He knew the car inside and out without even looking at the buttons. Very impressive for such a complex car. Since then he has followed up with several emails. Jim was a pleasure to work with, an asset to Porsche Nashua, and I would highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a straight deal on a new/used Porsche.
