To say that this dealership is great is an understatement. I had the best car buying experience I?ve ever had. It was easy and seamless. Ron Walsh was my salesman and he knew everything about the car I purchased. He walked me through each system on the car. He was incredibly easy to work with and pushed everything through very quickly. When I came to pick up my vehicle, about 20 staff members crowded into the garage and they opened the garage door and they shouted congratulations. Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Norwell, and we love it! We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Buying a car from Mo was great. I do not like buying cars. I do not like the standard buying script. Thankfully, Mo talked me through the process. Showed me a coupe of vehicles and never pressured me to buy. With his assistance, I was able to make the buying decision that was best for me. In my experience, the prices were more than fair. The team was awesome and they continue to work with you after the sale closes. If you have researched your desired vehicle. Know the prices and what is available. Go see Mo. He probably has the car for you at a great price.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

They provide good service in well appointed facilities. Porsche?s are usually a bit on the expensive side to service, but the service managers are good at explaining.

They?ve been a customer at this dealership for more than 15 years. There is no other place. I would go to buy a Porsche. Every single staff member from top to bottom are respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around. It?s always a great experience when I visit this dealership for services or when I?ve decided to purchase a new vehicle. I love this dealership.

2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

My carcwas accidentally sprayed with driveway sealcoat material. The day it happened I stopped into your detail center. The gentleman in the office assured me that Modern Auto Detailing center would do their best to clean up the mess. It was 3 weeks later when I was finally able yo get it done. The team at the detail center went above and beyond to clean my car. They were professional and polite. They explained and showed me the areas of the car they weren't able to clean . They went above and beyond to fix someone else's mess. Thank you so very much

Porsche of Norwell treated us extremely well from beginning to end. Even though we were not there to buy a Porsche, they really treated us as if we were. The process to agree on a price and our trade was easy, and no pressure. We would highly recommend them for any purchase - new or used. The car when we picked it up, looked brand new.

I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

I recently acquired my first Porsche, a new 2017 Boxster S with manual transmission. Jeff Akasten was my sales guy and in addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile to source the vehicle I wanted from CT and arranged transport so I could take delivery on the day I wanted; no easy task as the transaction came together quickly and all of the dealer's normal drivers were unavailable. Jeff hired a truck to transport the car and it was delivered as promised. Would definitely recommend Jeff and Porsche of Norwell to friends and will do business there again. P.S. - They also gave me a very fair price even though I did not pick a car off of their lot, and the negotiation was painless.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.
