CarMax Charleston review
My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! 2019 Porsche Macan review
Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

Requested service was scheduled for week in advance, which was fine. At arrival, Caleb met me, anticipating my visit. He asked if car was presenting any issues not scheduled for attention. Also asked if car should be cleaned. After direction to customer lounge area the wait was less than anticipated. A video of car underside with audio commentary was provided.

2018 Porsche Macan review
One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Excellent service in every respect. Prompt diagnosis of problem(s), expeditious handling of warranty as well as other work required, loaner provided for duration of repair time and regular, timely communications from service advisor throughout the process. Although I did not need to spend significant time physically on the dealership site for the initial diagnosis, my time there was in a very pleasant and welcoming environment populated with cordial and competent Porsche employees. Bottom line, as noted earlier, every aspect of the service from my initial drive into the dealership at the beginning to the delivery of my repaired vehicle to my home at the end was excellent, efficient and provided by very pleasant employees.
