Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I purchased my last four cars from Infinity. I purchased a new QX60 last year and I have asked twice to have someone come to my home and teach me all the functions of the car. Like programming your garage opener, etc. Twice they said they would get back to me and twice I've heard nothing.

They made buying a car painless. I wanted to hug the sales person, Fred and the finance person, Brandon when we were done. Yes, I just bought a used car and wanted to hug them!? They took very good care of me, both were very kind, considerate and professional.

I would b never consider purchasing from any other dealer in the area or venture out of state to make another purchase. Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Buying a used car from Keith and Stu at Auto Connections was extremely straightforward, efficient, and stress-free. When I inquired online about one of their listed cars, Stu responded promptly by email and invited me to come in at my convenience to see and test drive the car, but with no sense of a hard sell or pressure. When I came in, the car was cleaned and sanitized, ready for a safe test drive, which they allowed me to do on my own for as long as I wanted. The result was the well-prepped, mechanically faultless car sold itself. When I decided to move forward with the buying process, salesperson Keith was very easy to work with, again with no hard selling. The dealership was happy to negotiate and I feel the agreed-upon price was reasonable, and arrived at without stress on either side. Because I wasn't doing a trade-in and had come to the dealership with my primary car, the dealership helped get the car I'd just bought delivered to my home. All in all, I was impressed with everyone at Auto Connections, and had the easiest, most relaxed buying experience I've ever encountered. I went in for an oil change and Derek was very helpful and attentive. There were several clients ahead of me, but all jobs were done quickly. I was in and out within 90 minutes. Job well done.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Took my 2019 Porsche Macan for routine maintenance at Porsche Bellevue on January 2, 2026, it was a smooth process. The advisor Nicole was very friendly and took her time to explain what was needed to be done. During the service the mechanic sent me a video showing the condition of the undercarriage. The car was ready as promised . Overall it was a very positive experience, I highly recommend Porsche Bellevue.

This was our first visit to Porsche Bellevue. We were confused where the service department was located due to lack of instruction/signs to service area. When we finally found the service area we were a few minutes early and could see an employee sitting inside through the garage door. He did not look at us or respond at all. I finally honked the horn and he got up, went inside the building without looking or speaking to us . Once we were welcomed by our service provider, it was a better experience. We had some CPO work done and the dealership seamed very honest and thorough .

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

I had a parking brake issue with my 2022 Cayenne GTS Coupe. it is almost 4 years old with 50000 miles. I bought it from this dealership two years ago as Certified Pre Owned. The warranty is good until June 2028 with unlimited miles. No charge for the same day repair. Very happy with the outcome.

2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

The Macan base we bought is 2017 model. Until October 2022, there is no other maintenance except the front wheel bearing replacement within the warranty period. The maintenance cost is more expensive than that of other brands, except that it is a cost-effective Porsche car.

Great Experience and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. No pressure sales and quality cars. We have bought multiple cars here and will be back!
