After 30+ years of wanting to own a Porsche I finally "joined the club" last week after finding the right one at Porsche Beaverton. The sales team of Chris and Ruben were great from showing me the right cars, letting me test drive a few, highlighting the key features of the 2025 718 Boxter GTS 4.0 I selected and then clearly going over all the paper work and options for the sale. The prep team was also great with Gee getting the car ready for me to drive it off two days later with the add-ons I desired. My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. Craig is truly an OUTSTANDING Salesmen. Craig took care of the deal and was so nice to both me and wife. Up front and HONEST! You do not find that at car dealers anymore. We live in Oregon and had to drive over 125 miles so Craig worked out a deal for us over the phone which was way better than the other dealer we were working with. And once we got there, they did what they said they'd do! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Craig and his dealership. Craig himself has been there for over 27 YEARS! I purchased the Panamera 4 with the sport pkge. The car is responsive, has great acceleration, awesome handling and is fun to drive. If you’re looking for a four door sports car, give it a test drive.

I purchased my car out of state over the phone. Michael was the salesman and went above and beyond to make sure the purchase and shipping of the car went smoothly. Ruth did all the paperwork and was very detailed and explained everything thoroughly. Great experience except for the black widow spider that hitched a ride under my from Texas to Minnesota (LOL)

I give them a 5 star rating for being upfront and honest on their pricing . There online prices include many rebates I don’t qualify for and rather than have me drive an hour just to find out we weren’t in my targeted price range and waste my time they were honest. They were also quick to respond to my inquiries.

I went to this dealership, Bentley/ Maserati and quality pre-owned, to look for a car for my wife. The place is clean and beautiful showrooms. Megan , very charming young lady sales representative was wonderful to arrange my purchase and with her manager, Andy Marino , took care of the financing and all the details. The service department and their commitment to get the car serviced and ready were excellent. I traded my Lincoln and received a very good value toward the car that I bought . I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

Interior it’s bigger then you think . A lot of space for luggage. High performance car and very reliable. When you drive this car , you spent 30-35k$ but all people look and ask if you spend over 100k$ when you park your car people look at you all the time

Efficient, precise, friendly…Panamera 4S was ready when promised. Oil change performed & seatbelt malfunction corrected. Loaner car (Macan) was unexpectedly slow. Otherwise fine.

I have dealt with many dealers in my time and Kings Mall Porsche is one of the best. Ron (my salesman) couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating.
