I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

In 2017, my husband and I embarked on a journey to find my dream luxury car! We started at a BMW dealership, but the vibe there just didn't click. So, we decided to check out Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek, and wow, what a game changer! We brought along our 12-year-old son, and as we were finalizing the paperwork, he started to get a bit hungry. But then, out of nowhere, Norman noticed! Instead of just plowing through the paperwork, he took a moment to chat with my son and found out he was feeling a bit peckish. And you won't believe it?Norman went above and beyond by arranging a delicious lunch for the three of us while we waited. It was such a delightful surprise, and I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness?it speaks volumes about his character! I?m already excited about my next vehicle purchase in three years, and I hope Norman is still around to help us again! His commitment to making customers happy really shone through! And let?s not forget about Arthur, the manager?he was absolutely fantastic! Super approachable and genuinely interested in making sure everything went off without a hitch. I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

Experience started off a little rough when I initially reached out for a car I was interested in. No flexibility on the price so I waited it out until the priced dropped incrementally from not being sold. Rich in Finance is amazing and was able to get everything squared away with the utmost professionalism. I also appreciate Ken picking me up from the airport after I flew down for pickup. Since I completed everything online all I had to do was wait for the paperwork to be gathered and once I landed I was on my way home in less than 20 minutes. Overall, great experience.

The 2017 Panamera Turbo is phenomenal: It is the perfect blend of sports car (0-60 in 3.0 seconds… Entering traffic or accelerating to pass is exhilarating at 550 hp/567 lb/ft torque) & luxury vehicle (4 door, plenty of room for back seat passengers, plus plenty of storage room with hatch back & rear seats can fold down for more space. Beautiful interior, appointments & super sound system). This vehicle is very impressive, drives/corners like a dream (these tires just Grip the road on turns) and people commented on it regularly. This is a beast of a sports car that also happens to carry four people comfortably!

My experience at this dealership was fantastic. Kyle Thompson was very accommodating with his schedule to meet mine since I was traveling from East Boca. The entire team was hands down very helpful from beginning to end. Although it took a few days to decide on the vehicle my sales rep, finance team and dealership were utmost helpful and cordial through the entire transaction. I am a 30 year automotive professional and a Porsche owner since 1985. The Panamera GTS v8 is a BEAST. I love this car. I mean I love this car. If I ever sell it, I would want it to go to a family member or a close friend without hesitation. Having driven and owned multiple marque brands including Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, BMW I can say that Porsche never disappoints. My GTS is a daily driver and one of the most comfortable and reliable cars I have ever driven. The interior is laid out extremely well and the exterior design is still jaw dropping. The performance from the 440 HP engine and multiple performance setting make this a true driver's car. P.S. Since 1984, All I have to do is hold the Porsche key in my hand to put a smile on my face, and I'm still smiling.

This is my 4th Porsche, and might be my last. With two 7 year olds still at home, it was too tough to get them into the back of the 911. This is the perfect blend of practicality and zoom zoom. From the drivers seat, it feels like a wide, flat 911 with almost all of the spunk and driving fun. I use mine as a daily driver and it drives great. There is really no comparison to the fit and finish from Porsche -- all top notch, even at the base level.

From sales to finance to the person who delivered my vehicle to my house, excellent service, communication with professionalism and kindness. Afterwards, Patrick, my rep called me to see how I liked the car and how was it running. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.
