Just purchased a used vehicle and had a trade-in. The process was seamless from end to end for both the purchase and sale of my previous car. Fantastic experience in all regards. No surprises. Very efficient. Did what they said they would do. Also super nice folks - sales person, finance department manager, GM and used sales manager - all super professional and great.
