Easilly the best experience i've had purchasing from a dealership. They were very transparent about pricing and didn't try to sneak in any additional fees. My salesman, Yaro, was great to work with. He was very responsive via text and the phone whenever I had any questions or concerns. On top of all that they went above and beyond to make sure the used car I purchased was in excellent condition before I drove it off the lot. They put new tires on it, new brakes, new windshield and a new battery and no additional cost to me. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these guys.

I recently took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and 5 point inspection. Everything went smoothly except no one checked the tire pressure and made the needed adjustments. In fact I’m not even sure the tires were rotated. I knew the tire pressures needed to be adjusted …..I guess it was my assumption they would check / correct the tire pressures. After I was on my way home I checked the tire pressures and the numbers are the same as before I took the car in to them

I think I bought the least expensive car on the lot (used Honda) and honestly they all treated me like I was buying a new Porsche off the showroom floor. Although I bought my CPO Panamera elsewhere the gang at Porsche OKC were fantastic, treated me as if I was their guest or customer from start to finish. Had an issue with the suspension, they told me likely due to whoever transported it here. They believe a sensor was damaged when securing the car. Cause didn’t bother them; they fixed it under warranty and in pretty short order. Sales was fantastic- I walked in and although I wasn’t buying he still escorted me to the service desk; offered a drink/restroom as we walked back. My representative was there, met me before I reached the counter and knew my name before I introduced myself and did exactly as promised. Car is a Turbo S Hybrid, by far the nicest and most complex vehicle I’ve ever owned or ridden in for that matter. I’ve never had a vehicle that I felt the need to pamper (even dust on the outside bothers me) and they returned it to me in pristine, detailed condition. Based on my experience I will not hesitate to return to the OKC dealership when I order a new one, we love the car so we bought a CPO; it’s almost $250,000 new and I wasn’t going to buy my first Porsche new but likely will in the foreseeable future. They earned my repeat business and I was thoroughly impressed. Don’t know if car prices will ever return to sanity but either way when I’m shopping for a replacement or maybe an addition.
