After 30+ years of wanting to own a Porsche I finally "joined the club" last week after finding the right one at Porsche Beaverton. Although I bought my CPO Panamera elsewhere the gang at Porsche OKC were fantastic, treated me as if I was their guest or customer from start to finish. Had an issue with the suspension, they told me likely due to whoever transported it here. They believe a sensor was damaged when securing the car. Cause didn’t bother them; they fixed it under warranty and in pretty short order. Sales was fantastic- I walked in and although I wasn’t buying he still escorted me to the service desk; offered a drink/restroom as we walked back. My representative was there, met me before I reached the counter and knew my name before I introduced myself and did exactly as promised. Car is a Turbo S Hybrid, by far the nicest and most complex vehicle I’ve ever owned or ridden in for that matter. I’ve never had a vehicle that I felt the need to pamper (even dust on the outside bothers me) and they returned it to me in pristine, detailed condition. Based on my experience I will not hesitate to return to the OKC dealership when I order a new one, we love the car so we bought a CPO; it’s almost $250,000 new and I wasn’t going to buy my first Porsche new but likely will in the foreseeable future. They earned my repeat business and I was thoroughly impressed. Don’t know if car prices will ever return to sanity but either way when I’m shopping for a replacement or maybe an addition.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.
