What can I say, the benchmark of sports cars. I have a 4S Cabrio. I chose the 4 as I like all-wheel-drive, even in Florida. Better grip. The S also has more horsepower. Build quality and fit and finish our superb. The ultimate sports car without all the problems of the Italian cars. You’d be hard to find a car with better handling and Performance. The look is timeless. There’s no mistake at what you’re looking at when you see a Porsche. Great car.

My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

My service representative was Jason. He was thorough, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I had a tricky problem and Jason took care of it very quickly and effectively. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed!!!

After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. Overall a very fine car. Dashboard controls are not responsive and it took two of us to figure out how to play USB flash drive (CD's don't work). Pairing cell phone is also problematic.
