I had a very positive experience working with Richmond Ford West and, specifically, Derrick Pulliam in the purchase of my Ford Bronco Sport. I wasn't intending to purchase a used vehicle, but 2023 orders are so delayed in their production that I decided to look for a used one with low mileage. This dealership is a couple hours from my home, and it was fantastic being able to negotiate a deal entirely via email, when a lot of other dealerships only wanted to entertain in-person conversations. In a single day, I had the price agreed to and financing in place with only two, brief phone calls required to complete the financing portion. Upon picking up the vehicle, Derrick went over all the features and ensured the paperwork was ready to go. Given the car is certified pre-owned, I noticed about 10 minutes into driving it home that there was a small crack in the windshield. I called Derrick and he had me send a photo, agreed I could get it repaired local to my home, and mailed a check to reimburse me. I also discovered that the rooftop antenna was missing to which Derrick was very responsive and worked to ensure that I would be reimbursed for the purchase of a new one. Derrick was always responsive and courteous in his efforts to resolve these small issues, even after the deal was completed. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership to others, and I intend to consider it for my future purchases, even though it isn't the most convenient location to my home. It's getting harder to find pleasant and attentive customer service, and I found it well worth my trip.

One of my Porsches is a vintage air-cooled 911. Euroclassics has two mechanics that will still work on the "classic" Porsches. That is a big relief to me because trained technicians that can work on the classic cars are starting to become rare. I buy a lot of parts from Euroclassics. If the part is not in stock, they will order it and it will be at the dealership in one or two days. Plus, they offer PCA members a 10% discount on parts and accessories. There sales team is great. They are a very open and honest team of Porsche professionals. Sometimes I just stop by the dealership to chat and get up to speed on the "latest & greatest" Porsche models and enhancements. I recommend that you stop by and visit their dealership. You will not be disappointed!

After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

In 1995 I toured the Porsche factory in Stuttgart. I was 15 years old. I had the dream of one day owning a 911, but never really believed it would happen. A Porsche keychain was purchased at the factory as a good luck charm of sorts. The hope was to connect it to the real deal. It took 22 years, but I did it. Thank you Euroclassics!

In the market for a new car, I knew I wanted a convertible. I had been youtubing a number of cars, but couldn't decide on what could check every box on my list, something practical, fast, exotic, and a sound that got my blood pumping. Instead of buying right then and there, I went home and built one online in hopes that I could find it somewhere in the US. Insert Euroclassics! Kari worked hard to explain all items needed upon delivery and even more tirelessly to get me the best rate possible. She and Drew explained the different warranty packages (which I highly recommend purchasing) and all the necessary documents needed for my state of residence. She is a Porsche enthusiast true and through and a very kind soul. I highly recommend Euroclassics even if you live across the country. The dealership, the service, the insight, the kindness, the conversation, and the all around experience was the way car buying should be. My GT4 is the most fun car I’ve ever owned, and I’ve had multiple BMW ‘M’ cars. As someone else mentioned, not a drag car although 4.1 secs 0-60 is no slouch. It revels in cornering, I’ve often said “I’ve never met a corner I couldn’t go around faster the next time”! I’m 6’5” and apart from being a contortionist getting in and out, it’s dry comfortable for me once sitting in the carbon fiber buckets.

We drove from Ohio to look at a pre-owned 911 Carrera S Cabriolet. It was well worth the drive! The salesman Jon was very helpful. Many emails were exchanged prior to our trip and he always responded quickly with answers to our questions. We had a good deal negotiated before we got there, but Jon ended up making it an even better deal!! The car is amazing and in exactly the condition the pictures showed it to be (actually looked even better in person). Jon kept telling us we wouldn't be disappointed and he was right! Kari was amazing as well. The purchasing process could not have been easier. And she loves dogs! When we're in the market for our next Porsche, I will certainly give Jon a call.
