I came to your dealership to find a "good" used car, but had no real idea what i was looking for. I was given immediate attention. I told the guy who came up to me that I wanted a "small" car, and he told me he had only one @ this dealership, and he proceeded to show me the Fiat 500, which I took on a test drive and subsequently purchased. When I went inside the "offices area inside", Alexis Drake came up to me right away, and she proceeded to do all of the paperwork, then I saw another fellow doing more paperwork, etc. They proceeded to get gas before purchase, and my car was returned to me having been through a long checklist of tests, and it was clean, polished and looking good.

My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership almost 2 months ago. I must say that Calvin Goodwin was a great salesman, and very attentive to our needs. We entered the dealership just to inquire what trade in value we could receive for my K5. Calvin took the time to explain all the features of our dream car the EClass 350. Calvin took the time to explain the Leasing of a vehicle vs the purchase. He was able to work a desk within our budget and we came out of the dealership with a Brand new vehicle off the showroom floor. Calvin is a great asset to this company, always keeping the needs of his customers a priority. After we agreed to purchase a vehicle, Calvin turned us over to the finance manager, Marc, who was also very instrumental in ensuring we stayed within our budget. Marc was very easy to talk with and he explained the different maintenance programs Mercedes Benz had to offer. Marc also split the cost of a couple of maintenance costs so that we would remain within our budget. Now that’s great Customer Service. If you’re on the fence about this dealership, Stop in to visit. Brought in my F-Type R for 30k miles service. Michael Kelley was very attentive and courteous as usual. He had the service performed and my car washed and detailed. Michael texted me when my car was ready along with a copy of the invoice and a video of the car after the service was completed. Everything went perfectly. Great experience.

This is the third Ford dealership I have had experience with and was by far the best. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful, they didn't hide any of the fees and were straight forward with the price the quoted(actually wound up being a little cheaper than their initial quote!) And helped me out with getting an explorer foe my family. This was also while I was juggling 3 kids under 5 with a stroller. All in all great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

This place has it going on. Amazing customer service from beginning to end and caring staff that truly care. Arthur, Kristian, and Dylan Are definitely a force for good. They all worked together very well. No games no hidden fees. Nothing I have a recommended at the end. I walked out of there feeling like it was actually a pleasure to do a carbine experience things to these guys. Highly recommend.
