The aesthetic appearance, the cleaning, exterior and interior minor detailing, the shine is absolutely phenomenal. Guy puts his heart & soul into cars collection. I travelled from NY to Connecticut to pick up and all cars in showroom were pristine. Its definitely not Mercedes or BMW level showroom experience (who cares an Air Conditioned office or a snack). Don't get disappointed when you go in person lol. Guy is simple yet dedicated. I got fair value of my Model Y. Smooth documentation/transfer. Duane offered Complimentary ceramic coating as well that no one in industry offers with such narrow profit margin (Just because they do in house detailing and coatings). Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.

Even though the deal didn’t work out for me (mainly because I was hoping to pay below retail for a high-demand car), I still liked and respected the team. If I were in their shoes, I wouldn’t have sold the Targa GTS for less than what they listed it for either. It sold the week after I saw it, so they made the right call. When I’m ready to step up and pay for a car, I’ll definitely go back to them. I wish I could respond to the people leaving 1-star reviews just because no one got back to them. Sometimes leads get missed—it happens—but that doesn’t deserve a 1-star review. Just move on!

Porsche Gold Coast has a welcoming/helpful staff, and a great atmosphere. I came in not too sure about what options I had in reality. I ended up leaving, purchasing a new car after trade-in. I never felt like I was being sold to, and I would recommend going to anyone exploring any options of purchasing a Porsche. Not like other dealerships I've dealt with.

Angel took his time in making sure my car was returned nicer than new ,inside and outside cleaning ,a true gentleman & totally professional ,everything covered by warranty ,I highly recommend a warranty as a car in this league needs it.Even though i was told it would be a few hours it ended up way longer, without communication ,however the fact that they were so nice & treated me as royalty I give them a five star rating in the service department

Was less then impressed on a previous visit, but didn't realize that the car I wanted to test drive, was unavailable due to showroom construction and NOT the fact that the dealership didn't have time for a test drive. Overall, the dealership has been a positive experience... A recent trip on June 23, 2018 was a very favorable experience. I received a very fair number for my trade in as well as a nice discount on the car I was interested in. Excellent visit!! Sometimes there is more than meets the eye...!

I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.
