2006 Porsche Cayman review
I bought a 2006 Cayman S three years ago. After I test drove it I was sold. I had been rear ended in my 2000 Toyota. After a few days the battery went out and my wife came to jump me off. Bought anew batter. A few weeks later fluid was leaking. I was pleased it was just the water pump. It seems people who buy this car and don’t use it have water pump problems. Eventually new brakes and a tune up. Runs like a jewel. I could not have fully appreciated this car at a younger age. Yes, it is an attention getter. I am quick to let people know it is a 2006 model. I think that keeps me grounded that I am not a helluva fellow because I own a Porsche. Oh yeah, eventually got new tires even after being told I could wait.

2023 Porsche Macan review
I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

2023 Porsche 911 review
This is my 3rd Porsche and this time I chose the 911 T. I wanted a xxxxx to the wall driving experience in the Smokie Mountains near my home. The T does not disappoint. It performs flawlessly. It hugs the corners -I can easily take 25 mph at 50 mph or more in perfect control. The engine/weight ratio gives more power than can ever be realistically used even if you have a long stretch that is police free. Overall it is a thrill to drive, the cabin is comfortable without being fussy and it growls like a caged tiger with the sport exhaust.

2023 Porsche Macan review
Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

Cars.Com paired me up with Nashua Porsche, which is a little far from us, but I setup an appointment for Saturday morning to view new/used Macans. Upon arrival we met Jim Horgos, who could not have been nicer and was very professional. He set us up with a Macan test drive and sent us on our way. When we returned .. we struck a deal in about 20 minutes for an almost brand new beautiful Macan. No haggling. No dissing our trade-in. Just straight up deal making. Jim followed up with us after the sale and stayed late on Monday (13 hour day) to deliver the car to us when we wanted it. The best part was going through the features of the car with Jim before we left. He knew the car inside and out without even looking at the buttons. Very impressive for such a complex car. Since then he has followed up with several emails. Jim was a pleasure to work with, an asset to Porsche Nashua, and I would highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a straight deal on a new/used Porsche.

Excellent service , checked out car completely, found an issue gave me estimate which was fair , service rep was not pushy about me doing it while I was there for a recall and oil change , Said they could change my rear brakes in 1 1/2 hrs , said ok 1hr and 15. Min. Later car was ready vacuum, wash and windows clean . Will be back there for all my services . The best service department I have ever went to . Giovanni was great .
2020 Porsche 718 Cayman review
If you can afford this beast, you will fall in love in no time at all! It's fast, handles like a true sports car, and turns heads like you wouldn't believe (regardless if whether you're into that sort of thing or not). Positives: it's a (rare) manual, it's low and sleek, it's luxurious, it has two trunks (one of them a frunk), and you won't see many GT4's out on the road. Negatives: it's really low to the ground making it hard to get in and out of, it's quite expensive (mine was $135K used), the trunks are small (ie. it doesn't carry much), the gas mileage is mediocre, and maintenance costs are on the higher side. For a car enthusiast, however, this car will get your juices going just thinking about taking it out for a drive!

I was in the market for a car to replace my Lexus RX 300. I've owned 3 RX's over the past ten years and was ready for something new, more fun, and something my husband would enjoy driving as well. We discovered the Macan and can honestly say this car is perfection. It's sporty, safe, trendsetting and even the price is reasonable. We also test drove the Q5, Q7 and X5 and in my opinion, this car blows them all away. We live in Metrowest - suburbs of Boston and the hardest part was finding a dealership. I test drove one outside of Boston with my teenage boys (who love it as much as I do) and didn't feel like I was taken seriously. I was a cash buyer with no trade-in so you thought they would have paid a little attention to me. On a drive back from the White Mountains my husband stopped at Porsche of Nashua to test drive the Macan because it was a convenient stop just off the highway. The salesman, Jamie Chomo, rolled out the red carpet and turned my husband, a die-hard BMW owner and driver of an M3, into a believer. We were treated so well and so impressed with them that we drove the extra miles back to Nashua to buy the car. Once I picked the exact car, Jamie was willing to negotiate a fair price and I left feeling great. I can honestly say in all my 30 plus years of car buying this has never happened before. If you are even considering the Macan, do yourself a favor and schedule a test drive with Jamie at Porsche of Nashua and bring your checkbook because you will probably leave with one.

2015 Porsche 911 review
What can you say about any 911? The one I test drove was the S. It’s just the perfect sports car. Light, just enough power to go fast, not overwhelming. Comfortable, quiet, composed at any speed. The soft top is so quiet. Almost like a regular top. With the top down, you can still hold a somewhat normal conversation at highway speeds. Just the perfect car for a cruise or fast run on a sunny day.

They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. 2019 Porsche 911 review
This review if for my ‘13 911 Cab(a very sweet ride); which I purchased as a two year old certified Porsche; which I just traded for a new ‘22 911S Cab, an even sweeter ride!! The only reason for the 4 for value for the money, these cars are very expensive, but for a young 78 year old guy just a great car if one can afford them.

After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. 2018 Porsche Panamera review
I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.
