I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
