Simon Pope in customer support was an absolute pleasure to work with—he remembered every detail about my 911 and its history, and kept up excellent communication throughout the entire process. His warmth and attentiveness made a difficult situation feel manageable. Jorden, the Assistant Manager, oversaw the full installation of a brand-new engine shipped directly from Stuttgart, Germany. After the meticulous work was complete, he personally took my 911 for a road test to ensure everything was perfect. That level of dedication speaks volumes. After three months of repairs and waiting for the new engine to arrive, the team surprised me with a moment I’ll never forget: my beautiful Carrera S, unveiled under a black sheath in the showroom, ready to be driven off the floor. It was emotional, unforgettable, and deeply meaningful. There are still ethical people in this world—and many of them work at Bellevue Porsche. I can’t say enough about the incredible treatment from Alan. Whether it was being completely forthright and honest about the car and the buying procedure, or the events likely to happen, or helping with shipping and the purchase, or answering a phone call while he was away on a personal vacation (I don’t know at the time it called), he guided me through the process every step of the way. The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations.

I purchased the GTS. Very comfortable, sporty and fast. Good range. No range anxiety. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to get one. 100% a Porsche.
