This car is designed beautifully, is comfortable and sporty. Fast as anything else on the road today. The tech, apps, and associated software is down right awful. Germany needs to fix that part and update its current owners.

I can’t say enough about the incredible treatment from Alan. Whether it was being completely forthright and honest about the car and the buying procedure, or the events likely to happen, or helping with shipping and the purchase, or answering a phone call while he was away on a personal vacation (I don’t know at the time it called), he guided me through the process every step of the way. The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations.

I purchased the GTS. Very comfortable, sporty and fast. Good range. No range anxiety. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to get one. 100% a Porsche.

Took my 2019 Porsche Macan for routine maintenance at Porsche Bellevue on January 2, 2026, it was a smooth process. The advisor Nicole was very friendly and took her time to explain what was needed to be done. During the service the mechanic sent me a video showing the condition of the undercarriage. The car was ready as promised . Overall it was a very positive experience, I highly recommend Porsche Bellevue.

Recently just bought an Audi S5 from West State Motorsports and my experience was amazing. The dealership was extremely nice and all of the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to test drive the vehicle the same day I came to check it out and they didn't pressure me at all into purchasing it. This was our first visit to Porsche Bellevue. We were confused where the service department was located due to lack of instruction/signs to service area. When we finally found the service area we were a few minutes early and could see an employee sitting inside through the garage door. He did not look at us or respond at all. I finally honked the horn and he got up, went inside the building without looking or speaking to us . Once we were welcomed by our service provider, it was a better experience. We had some CPO work done and the dealership seamed very honest and thorough .

I had a parking brake issue with my 2022 Cayenne GTS Coupe. it is almost 4 years old with 50000 miles. I bought it from this dealership two years ago as Certified Pre Owned. The warranty is good until June 2028 with unlimited miles. No charge for the same day repair. Very happy with the outcome.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

Went in Sunday with a crappy old BMW. Spoke with Miguel about a car I was interested in. Miguel talked straight with me on my trade in .He didn't talk above me or belittle me. He made me feel like a friend helping out a friend. The rest of the staff was awesome also. The finance dep bumped up my trade in above what it was worth just to get me to the monthly payments i needed to do the deal. A++ will go to them again.
