I purchased a Macan for my wife and a Cayenne for me and we’re so happy that we chose to go with Porsche of riverside and that Rob was our sales rep. I was skeptical. I am a believer in authorized dealer service and have been using authorized dealers for more than twenty years, on vehicles purchased new and kept for that length of time. In the case of the 911, I had tried three dealers in my area, all with disappointing results. Porsche Irvine was a refreshing change. Every part of the experience from the onlne appointment, to the greeting by my service advisor, to the quality of work performed, to the convenient transport arrangement while my car was at the dealer were all first class experiences. A special thanks to my service advisor, Yves. From his documenting of my problem, to taking photos prior to service, to his excellent follow up and statusing, and delivery of the finished car, he was exceptional. No upselling, no suggesting work I didn't need, no new problems when I picked up the car, just a clean professional service experience. I am delighted to have found a dealer I can trust.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

The selling price of the cars appears to be higher than competitors. A one-price no negotiations is also a form of monopoly especially when multiple dealers with the same brands are owned by AutoNation.
