Good all around experience. The personal service, courteous attitude, drop-off experience and thorough addressing of all my concerns was the best I've seen in quite awhile. The dealership/service department made me and my wife feel like we were their best friends. Also greatly appreciated a thorough explanation of how each item was addressed. There were 5 or 6 issues that needed attention.

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

First time I purchase a Volkswagen CPO car by internet/phone and out of State. It was a graduation gift for my daughter. Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

They paid a very fair price for my old car and were very professional about the whole process. It took about 30-45 min.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Sam was very professional and attentive to customers needs. Was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we asked without hesitation. Showed us all the different models they had. During the test drive he is engaged with the customers while they drive.

So far every contact been pleasant and staff been very helpful. Will do business with them soon and will continue to do business with them.

I went to the lot looking for a car they had posted on their website but when I got there, I wasn't impressed with it. 2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

Staff was SUPER attentive and helpful. Was looking into a purchasing a used car, sadly they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. BUT they helped me and gave me so much information and assistance in narrowing down what I was looking for and aiding me in my car search. Incredibly understanding and still helpful even when I didn’t end up purchasing from them. Really shows they care for their customers and I will definitely go back to them in the future and keep recommending them!

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Unfortunately, I did not purchase my XC40 from Paramount , however I am fortunate enough to take adcantage of their wonderful Service Center. Friendly and helpful staff, punctual and they listen to your needs. I have dealt with several service centers in the Hickory are and these folks ARE THE VERY BEST !!!
