For those who may find it helpful, they work with any credit score, meaning even with bad credit, they can help you get financing. They also helped me with insurance. Setting up the appointment took less than five minutes on the phone. Eric had my records at his fingertips within the first minute. Dropped off my car the day after, they had it on the list and whisked it away. The loaner car was a black macan, fully equipped. I was out less than fifteen minutes after arrival. Eric gave me a status in the afternoon, told me the issue and asked to keep My cayman for another day to get the part. The next afternoon the part was installed, car road tested and ready. This time I was in and out in ten minutes, no arguing or hidden charges. My car was washed and vacuumed, no trace of any work. I cant imagine anything easier.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

The salesperson was great. He was patient and answered all of my concerns. I went away with a very happy memory of having purchased exactly what I wanted!

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Everything was as expected this trip, just waiting for a call on parts and a repair on a converter that needs an update

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

I had messages popping up on the screen about steering, engine, and others. Being in the middle of this pandemic lockdown I delayed having looked at. I called Steve Ellis and he advised to give it a few days to see if computer reset. It didn’t and I txted Steve he setup an appointment, and it got taken care of. Skip was there since it was Steve’s time off. Everything was organized, it took only a few minutes to drop off the care pickup a loaner and be away. Picking up was again easy and fast. Truly a professional operation. Under normal circumstances I would see Marty and Catch-up with him, another professional.

Alina is wonderful. This was our first Porsche purchase and she was patient and encouraged us to explore the car. We purchased a HOT car, people were in line to buy it (literally standing there). 2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!
