That was really cool because I’ve never experienced that level of trust before. Bryan is a great manager; he wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell me anything. He just let me make my own decisions. The car is in good condition, and for its price, it’s a great value. The guys are so confident in their cars that they even offer a 2-year warranty for a small fee, which you can get up to a month after the purchase. Overall, this is an excellent place to buy a car. Great selection, outstanding value for money, and excellent service. Nobody is rude or pushy, and they won’t force you into anything. For those who may find it helpful, they work with any credit score, meaning even with bad credit, they can help you get financing. They also helped me with insurance. In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison. I was comparing my end of lease option again leasing a new Porsche Macan, the salesman Jason Ha is extremely passion, helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided answers to all my questions. As a resultI am rewarding myself and I driving a new Porsche now. Overall time spend is around 2.25 hours including test driving, finance... High five to Jason and his team, cheer up. Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Every visit to Mckenna has been beyond my (an OCD Porsche owner) expectations. I was in for a basic service this week and when an additional repair was needed I was immediately offered a loaner car. Wow, another fun Porsche to play with! Now I really have a (first world) problem, as Im tempted to buy a new car... Regarding the service, its simply the best choice to follow the factory recommendations AND have it done at a certified Porsche dealer. My experiences with Mel and his team (Bryce is my advisor), have always reinforced this choice. The prices are fair, and their knowledge of the product and advice are always offered with my best interest in mind. Thats important to me. Now, hopefully Ill be writing another review for the sales team soon!

Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!
