Excellent Service There are two Kia dealerships in the Tulsa area. I highly recommend Ferguson Kia in Broken Arrow. Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for but we weren’t very prepared with the pertinent information that would’ve made it easier, but our salesman, Zach Jones, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that we quickly figured out what it was that we truly wanted and then he made it happen. We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. This dealership was top notch from the moment we stepped out of our old car until we drove away in the new one. We were treated so well and each step of the process was effortless and efficient. Had my first oil change and tire rotation. Michelle was polite and very nice always smiling. Patrick the gentleman that did the work was awesome. I didn't meet him but his video of my car was upbeat and energetic. He had me laughing and confident my car was in good hands. They loose one star because not sure who the gentleman outside moving cars but he was not friendly on this day. He saw me and another person waiting in our cars no acknowledgment no can I help. When I asked do we go inside to drop off he just said yeah with a bad attitude. Sorry for the question the last time I was there I was asked to drive through and they take our car. He was just overly rude.
