After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. We live much closer to another dealership however, we heard such positive feedback from our friends about their experience at West Broward Porsche so we did decided to make the drive and it was definitely worth it. She genuinely cares for customer making entire process flawless. Clear and easy communication, diagnostic sent to phone. Krystal and Rachel had my loaner car waiting. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

I had expressed interest in one of their used cars & was cordially invited in for a test drive. When we arrived, Alex (sales coordinator) had the car ready & handed the keys to me & my S.O. & said, “Have fun”. That particular car did not work out for us. Alex looked in the area for one the would, but without success. Everyone that we met was very friendly & more than willing to welcome you to their dealership.

Although I didn't purchase from Neillo Porsche I am still considering doing so. I was treated very fairly and with professionalism throughout the process. I would recommend Lee Perkins to anyone looking for a Porsche...he is customer focused, easy to talk to and I always thought he was my advocate throughout the process. Hopefully the right car will show up and then I will work with Lee again to purchase it. Call him...you won't regret it.

In late September, my wife and I stopped to look at an Audi R8 and a Porsche 911 Targa 4S. We met Abed, Mir and Jimenez when we walked in and immediately felt like we could trust these guys. We test drove several cars and ended up trading ours for the Porsche. The experience was smooth, professional and really enjoyable. I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat! Great experience. I had some questions post-purchase and they respond immediately and helped completely.

Pros: Turbo Sport Turismo is like a rocket. Easy to drive, comfortable, great styling. Adaptive cruise control is fantastic. Great mileage for something this quick. Interior is over the top. Cons: Cup holders leave a lot to be desired, stupid amount of money, cost for Porsche service.

Great looking cars and price too. They have a large variety of cars that look sweet.

The Sport Turismo looks amazing, the looks are far superior to the RS6, E63 or any other car made today. It is more practical than you'd think and the sound is amazing on both the Panamera 4 and the Turbo. It turns most peoples heads around. You need the right options on it though. The Sport Design, Matrix LED lights and the Sport exhaust system are necessaary in mo opinion. I think the alternatives look worse, the stock exhaust isn't really pretty either. I think the price is fair for a car like this, it's not supossed to be something you see on the road every day. One of the best looking cars ever. It is a family racer which has practicality as well put in mind and looks better than the normal panamera, great job by Porsche!
