This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

I purchased the GTS. Very comfortable, sporty and fast. Good range. No range anxiety. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to get one. 100% a Porsche.

We were delighted to be able to work once again with Juan Ibarra for the purchase of our 2025 Tahoe Premier. We first met Juan in 2014 when we bought a new Silverado from him/ Blade after a not so nice experience with another dealership. Juan is personable, straight talking and respectful of his clients. I recently purchased a 2018 Tesla model 3 from BMVW and I had an excellent experience with everyone at the Dealership. I appreciated that there was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle after I test drove it. The whole process went smoothly. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle with this Dealership you will not leave disappointed, Also I had a charging station installed through a company that BMVW recommended and the guys did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to install the equipment and to made sure that it looked good (aesthetically) on the house.

This is my 11th Porsche and the all electric Porsche Taycan is the best of the best. Delivered 100 % of my greatest expectations. It's amazing

Porsche Delaware makes it easy and painless to have your car serviced. They had me in and out in a nice loaner car in minutes when I dropped the car off and the same was true when I picked my car up. They were extremely friendly and explained everything before and after the work. It was a great experience.

Brandon was my service advisor. He?s friendly and professional. He communicated the progress of the service. I was provided a detailed video by the mechanic that was professional and informative. It was a great experience overall.

I was welcomed by Ms Martha who was very professional . She introduced me to my service representative, Victor He was thorough, pleasant and very knowledgeable with Porsche vehicles. Diego and Randy and Hasiel were excellent to work with. Clear explanations and helped to fit the purchases into a very hard budget number. Only star missing is due to the required LoJack and window etching, but they made the numbers work, which is the ultimate bottom line. Would def recommend them

We've used New Autos for the last 3 car purchases, both new & used cars, & are extremely satisfied with their service. Our last purchase was made in a bit of a rush (because our old car sold too quick!) & they were able to get us exactly what we wanted, at a price we thought was fair. As an extended family we've probably purchased 8-10 cars with New Autos, & sold 2 through their services--I'd say they're highly recommended!

While the inside of the dealership could use some serious love, the experience overall was very positive. Caleb Terry was one of the nicest salesmen I interacted with during my car search. (And not the kind of fake nice you expect when looking at cars.) The vehicle I was looking at wasn’t a fit but I would have enjoyed working with him if it was!

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.
