This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

I purchased the GTS. Very comfortable, sporty and fast. Good range. No range anxiety. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to get one. 100% a Porsche.

Although the dealership did not have the specific car I was looking for, the salesperson was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the Turbo S I was interested in. Without a doubt, he truly was a brand ambassador.

Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.

Taycan drivers love the performance, handling and acceleration according to Predicta's EV dataset. Their comments strongly place the Taycan high on the Love index. Of course, what would you expect from a Porsche? It's all about the performance, baby!

I was welcomed by Ms Martha who was very professional . She introduced me to my service representative, Victor He was thorough, pleasant and very knowledgeable with Porsche vehicles. We've used New Autos for the last 3 car purchases, both new & used cars, & are extremely satisfied with their service. Our last purchase was made in a bit of a rush (because our old car sold too quick!) & they were able to get us exactly what we wanted, at a price we thought was fair. As an extended family we've probably purchased 8-10 cars with New Autos, & sold 2 through their services--I'd say they're highly recommended!

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.
