I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. I recently went in for an oil. Changed. Taylor was my service agent. She has been wonderful in the past and she did not disappoint. Today. She noticed that the rear wiper was missing from the car, something which I had neglected to mention. It had come off during a visit to a car wash. She was able to get a replacement and at a very good price as well. Taylor is my go-to person whenever I need any servicing at Wilde!!

My salesman Jeff was knowledgeable and extremely prompt with replies, whether it was after hours or his day off. His personality and sense of humor makes him such a pleasure to work with. The entire team from sales and finance managers to the service advisor I dealt with were all straightfoward and most helpful. I live in NH and they made all the arrangements to have the car transported to my home. Truly a great car shopping experience.

I have consistently had an outstanding experience at Porsche Waukesha. Jeff Friess worked patiently and found the ideal Porsche for my needs. He is always attentive and provides an exceptional level of customer service. I have also been very impressed with the service department when I bring my vehicles in for service. There are dealerships closer to my home in Green Bay but the outstanding service and customer care I receive at Porsche Waukesha is worth the drive.

Buying my Mercedes Benz here was the best experience. The people are very professional. They offer a variety of snacks and drinks. The salesperson showed me how to use all of the features of the car I purchased.
