I live in Shreveport and the two hour drive to Sulpher Springs was worth every second of the amazing experience I had working with Bonner Lovern! I saw my now truck on auto trader and called the dealership and got all the details and got an amazing deal on an even more amazing truck. Most of my experience was over the phone and I was never left in the dark on anything that was going on. Arriving at the dealership to sign all the paper work was by far the best part pulling in and seeing my future truck front and center sitting pretty and clearly freshly detailed. I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

We traded in a 2005 Dodge Ram Pickup for a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. We worked with Tammy Bain, and the Manager, Jeff Shelton. We received a fair trade value for our vehicle, and the asking price for the minivan was very reasonable. The paperwork process went smoothly. We have already driven our new minivan over 1000 miles for our ministry work, and we are very pleased with it so far. 2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

I talk with them for about a week before we went up there. When we got there they had the car I was asking about pulled up and ready to go. We didn't like that car so Bonner helped us find another one. They had given me a quote of what my trade in was worth over the phone and they did really good at meeting my price. Their finance department found me a loan 2% lower than my credit union what can I say the are the greatest place to get a car, call Bonner he will do what you need to get in to a car.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Paul and the team at Sulphur Springs Dodge. Having been in the automotive business for 20 years I have a real dislike for car dealers. From the very get go finding the truck I wanted on Cars.com, to the first phone call to the dealership, all the way through pulling off the lot the entire experience was refreshing. The truck was accurately described, in perfect working order, detailed well, and the no hassle purchase was smooth and delightful. I flew 2k miles to buy a truck unseen based on the pictures and description given online, the finance department went the extra mile to get me a better rate then I had in place already, I was given a fair price, and everything was in place with no surprises when I arrived to take delivery. I then drive the truck 2k miles home with a smile on my face and absolutely zero regret that I had bought from such an amazing dealership. Scott made a direct point of walking in and introducing himself and thanking me for my business as did Shawn, they treated us like family not just someone who came to buy a truck that they may never see again. I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Had engine issues but GMC resolved. Love the air ride. Handles well on the road. Gas mileage is typical for these suvs. Love my truck

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

This car is amazing everything looks great on it. has nice interior very clean. this most definitely my dream car. can’t wait to purchase this vehicle.

I bought my car here in 2021. Danny was a nonpressure saleman and helped me get the car i really wanted. Dow in Mineola is the best car repair/maintenance experience I have ever had and on multiple occasions. As a single lady, I have often been taken advantage of at car repair shops and spoken down to. Even though I moved over an hour away, I continue to return to Dow in Mineola because they are helpful, resonable, and talk to me in a respectful way. I never feel like someone is just trying to upset me or get me to do unnecessary things.

I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

The dealership is a calm environment, no pressure from the sales guys, everyone is very nice. Our sales guy (Easton) showed us several models because I had a list. It was very hot outside but he ran back and forth to get keys for everything I wanted to see.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.
