Used 2019 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Sheldon, NY

A true professional in the field... and BY FAR the best experience Ive had in a dealership service for over a decade. The parts department is no different. On top of all that, Madison and Mike, the two folks I dealt with buying the truck over 4 months ago, recognized me and remembered what I bought the truck for and asked how it was going. I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I’ve leased or bought 4 vehicles from Robert Basil over the last 10 years. Madison has sold me my last 2. She’s been great. Very helpful. Always willing to find the answers to your questions. I especially like the “engine for life” warranty on used vehicles. It has come in handy a few times.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

I couldn't be more happier with my transactions with Towne Hyundai. I Bought a Santa Fe from them in July 2019 and no fault of theirs I had some problems with the car. each time I brought it in, the service department (especially Mike) went above and beyond to make the repairs seamless and get me a rental and explain what happened. Between Bill Kuhn and Steve Davis they worked diligently to find me a different car I would be happier with. I must say that I had high demands and was somewhat borderline annoying with all the questions and demands and tearful calls and yet in the end Steve contacted ME when a car came in he thought I'd like. So, that tells me that Towne (especially Bill and Steve) care about their customers even after the sale. Steve could have just waited for me to contact him when I saw a car online but he didn't. This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

Tommy worked very hard with John to make the right deal for me. I even took it back with a couple issues and they fixed it all with no problem. Would definitely check them out for any of your used car needs. There great people to deal with.

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.

Such a pleasure! Had a recall to be taken care of. From scheduling to resolution, top notch. The service department- Jamie and Rob- were super caring. Every single Dealer employee, including Mike Guindon, that I encountered were very friendly and engaging!

I bought a 2019 new reg cab 3.6. 2wd. As of this week 126,000 miles. Did tires and brakes at 85,000. Wheel bearing at 100,000 on front. Just this week had misfire cylinder #3 and replaced plugs. Other than oil changes synthetic every 10,000 miles is only maintenance. I on occasion pull 20ft big Tex car trailer as far as Ohio to Connecticut. Not a power house but tows high way speed no problem. Back in 2019 this truck was $23,000 new. Excellent value.

I don?t think it?s right to charge for the gas when truck was on empty, then have to finance it, also heater control only lights up half took over a week to get an answer on it

NY State Inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. As usual, everything went smooth as silk. Very pleased with the service department again. They always treat me as if I was special. Makes it a pleasure to visit.

Towne is a wonderful place to shop for a vehicle and I leased two Jeep’s from them. I am now kind of sad my salesman Greg did not reach out to me and try to keep me as a customer when I told him about a lower price quote from another dealership while shopping for a new Jeep. I waited a week and he never contacted me to see if he could work out some kind of deal with me as a current customer. His only response was he can’t match that other quote without even trying to rework the numbers And I never heard back from him.

Picked my truck up today did take some time to get everything arranged but well worth it I did request that i wanted a new set of tires before I picked it up and that was not a problem. love my truck will write a follow up review after a little bit.

Jamie was pleasant. Lounge area is comfortable and warm. Waited 1.5 hours for an inspection which did seem way too long for a morning appointment on a Tuesday.
