Brought in my 2024 Yukon Denali for 2 recalls and service (air cabin filter change and engine filter change). My Service Advisor was Claudia Arredondo and she was the BEST!! She was knowledgeable, professional and hospitable.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

The work was done efficiently and I was always in the loop of communication. There were good snacks and coffee for those that stayed and waited.

We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

the 1500 ram with the diesel engine has tons of power and gets as good as 33 mpg on the highway, and 25 in town milage, the air ride is great also, love this truck

2019 Jeep having issues, done updates on pcm & tcm, didn’t get recall notice about it.

Service department is great My car was serviced and finished when promised Smooth process from start to finish And speaking of finish, they did a great job on cleaning my car

I didn't actually buy anything from them yet, but I did submit a question, and they were very responsive. I will certainly keep them in mind when I'm ready to buy!

Overall it was a very good experience. Would buy from them again in the future.

Dear Bickford Ford, My wife and I have purchased 8 dealer sold cars over the past 45 years without a lot of love for the process or sales folks. Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. Olympia Jeep staff made a traumatic situation into a kind and supportive situation from sales to service to finance. A friend of mine found a good deal on a Grand Cherokee at their location. I'd been in an accident a couple weeks prior and my Wrangler was totaled. RC Jamerson (sales staff) was so kind and understanding. I am a retired veteran with PTSD and have difficulties in high stress situations. I am slow and methodical to make financial decisions and the accident forced me to make a rapid one. He was so patient and compassionate. At times I had trouble writing and signing my name. He was very supportive and a genuinely wonderful person. Their finance person, who's name escapes me, was patient and kind as well. He even found a better rate then NFCU saving me money. I can't thank their staff enough for making a tough situation, memorable in all the right ways.

Chris was great took care of everything. Love the truck and would buy from him again. Tyler is the best! I would refer my friends here also.
