I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

This is my third purchase at this dealership, and each time has been an amazing experience. They listen to what I want and have not once talked down to me because I?m a woman. Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

For some reason Mark's name is not on the list where it says, "Choose their name," but Mark was so helpful, patient, explained the process clearly and was very professional. I highly recommend him and would work with him and his team again. I would hope for a promotion for him Hyundai. :)

the 1500 ram with the diesel engine has tons of power and gets as good as 33 mpg on the highway, and 25 in town milage, the air ride is great also, love this truck

He did that exactly and I was back in and out in hour. Took longer to transfer items from my truck to new Truck. Ben was great listener and did Great Job!! Well worth the visit!! Satisfied!!

Beautiful car as pictured. Needed a number of things addressed that you could not see in pictures. Manager was very persuasive about making sure all the things that needed attention would be addressed but I was concerned that there was more than I could see in a short drive and inspection. Would need some more time to make sure that the vehicle was as advertised. Just not comfortable completing purchase Still a beautiful vehicle, was very hard to not complete purchase.

Very easy to get appointment. My Service Advisor was great, kept advised to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and clean. They did a great job for me. This is a great dealership and I would higly reccommend this dealership.
