Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I bought my 2022 Wagoneer this week and could not have been happier with the entire experience. Joe, Brian, Chris, Krissy, and the finance team we’re all phenomenal. I have a lot of vehicle purchases under my belt and this team has without a doubt been the best. They have earned our business for years to come. My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

response was good but as like too many dealerships hte person answering the phone does not know much about the car and has to refer the question and that sometimes takes hours or days. Most of these people seem to be on the spot deal makers but are not really car people. Internet is ok but dealerships should have more consistent and knowledgeable people available. Hard for a customer to get information if it isnt already on the website..

Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

We purchased a new 2023 Dodge Charger. We were not from the Milwaukee suburban area but found the model and features we wanted which were not available at out local dealers for the time we were purchasing. The sales, delivery and finance staff were very helpful and considerate. We had not purchased a vehicle in some time and expected to be pressured to lease and purchase numerous extended care packages as part of the purchase. We purchased the vehicle outright with savings we had planned for and the trade value of our previous vehicle. The available extended care options were explained to us and we were free to choose none or only those which made sense for our needs. We have not used the dealer service as the car is new and we are from outside the area but the purchase went smoothly.

I was looking for a car at their Madison location, and they were not able to sell me the car. So I went down to this dealership, and they were able to sell me the car at a fair price for both parties! The saleswoman, Robyn, was amazing to work with! She was straightforward and amiable and was so helpful in walking me through every step in buying a vehicle. Robyn was never pushy, and I felt that my decisions were always respected throughout this whole process. This is something I really appreciated as a first-time car-owner. She was communicative, and overall, a pleasure to work with! Overall, I truly enjoyed working with this dealership. I had an awesome experience at this dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. There was no need to haggle over pricing, they were upfront and fair in not only the cost of the vehicle I purchased but the trade in I had was priced more then fair. I live in Milwaukee and it was well worth the trip to Waukesha!!!
