Brett Huber came to our rescue when we were on a cross country trip pulling our 30? camper. Our Tundra engine was under recall but not available in GA where we purchased it. The engine decided to quit near Oklahoma City and we were stranded! Not only did Brett begin assessing the issues immediately, but he found us an engine the very next day! The technicians spent 2 days doing the work and staying late to finish it for us. We were back on the road in 3 days! Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall
