This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! My sales consultant, Tony Favors, was extremely helpful & showed me another used Toyota. Again, it didn't feel right. Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. Tony was attentive, intuitive, thoughtful, patient, thorough & a joy to visit with. His positive (genuinely caring personality) is a tremendous asset to the Covert Team! I will absolutely recommend him to anyone... 5 Star PLUS Tony!! And a shout out to Brandon who handled my paperwork (financing) for being equally patient & a pleasure to visit with. The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

Nice looking truck with luxury interior. Offers the latest and greatest technology and drives smoothly. Compared to other trucks this gives you the most bang for your buck.

Amazing truck gas goes down fast but it's still fast, sounds nice, and might get it tuned. But overall it's amazing and like one of my hellcats

Just purchased truck! Unable to give honest opinion yet until we actually have some dealings with dealership. Sales person so far did his job. Now we'll see if he follows thru with replacing the missing floor mats? And see if the service department fixes things we have found not working on truck? After that all happens, then maybe we can give a better review. Right now is just to soon.

Went to look at upgrading to a newer truck than my 2014 GMC. was met at the door with smiling faces and great attitudes. I was given the pleasure of working with Danielle V to find what I was looking for. I told her what i wanted in a truck and the search began. Found a couple of diesels on the web site, but because of the holiday they hadnt had time to update listings. then she came across a 2020 Chevy Silverado and went to locate it but stuck out again. she kept up with what i was looking for and said if she runs across something then she will call me. I arrived at home and then got a call from a strange number and decided to answer it. Danielle was on the other end saying she located the Chevy and was holding it for me to come look at. Came back and her and the financial team work with great effort to get me into it. have loved the truck and if I ever had a question about something regarding the sale i just text her and within a couple mins she was responding and getting answers.

Car is very cool if I could have it I would and definitely recommend it
