Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

Edgar Gonzalez has been the best Service Representative that I have ever experienced with this dealership. He is truly a professional at customer service, knowledgeable about the vehicles and warranties. He was awesome in the repair of my Ram truck. Never disappoints! Another Great experience! I recently leased my 5th Ford vehicle from this Dealership! In my opinion Wickstrom and their family is the BEST dealership in the Country! Words that come to mind are; Professionalism, Loyal, Honest, Friendly, Non-Pressure, Educational, Transparent and Fun! It’s almost like they knew what vehicle was best for me before I even walked in the door. The one I would love the most, while staying in my budget and expectations! On this most recent experience I was expecting to trade in my previous Lease due to affordability and being several thousand miles over my allowed milage. Ryan Dicken the Financial Manager (as he always does), explained things very well, so I could understand. What was the most cost effective and would save me the most money, both up front and in the long run! At Wickstrom they actually look out for you, save you money, never make you feel pressured, and not try to just sell you a vehicle to maximize their profits. Throughout my entire experience, even months prior to my Lease being up. Chris Krason was Fantastic! He amplifies everything I stated above. He had 2 vehicles out front ready to show me, before I even arrived. One that we had already discussed that I was interested in and one I never even thought of. This way I could compare those 2 plus my vehicle I was returning. Patient, explanatory, great communication and honest! Never once I felt pressured, that I was being taken advantage of or rushed. To say the least I couldn’t be happier with my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport!!! The whole experience was smooth, exciting and more than satisfied! I need a new radio. My oil change is fixed. I need to schedule a long appointment

The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.

My car was totaled and I didn’t know what kind of car I wanted. Josh K patiently listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He helped me find a car that was perfect for me. Josh is so knowledgeable about the Jeep. I appreciate all his sincere help. Five stars for Josh K and thank you so much. I love my Jeep Compass!

Wonderful experience! Brian worked with us to find a car for me within my limited budget. We went through several test drives before we found the perfect fit. Brian was great-straightforward, patient, and pleasant throughout. The financing process was quick and enjoyable. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and fun even though the process kept everyone past closing. It's rare to be able to say you had a good time buying a car, but I can honestly say I did. Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!
