The huge computer screen in the center counsel was slow and unresponsive during the cold weather months. Actually, the computer screen is the only issue with the truck.

Ricardo was very communicative and derive department video very detailed information. Only took three days from drop off to have it ready for pick up.

This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

My experience at AutoNation was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone involved provided true white-glove service and made me feel valued as a customer. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and welcoming?they even came out to greet me at my car, which I really appreciated. They went above and beyond by offering me a ride home and later calling me to arrange pickup, which made the entire process very convenient. When I returned, they personally escorted me back to my vehicle and ensured everything was taken care of. Throughout my visit, the team was professional, patient, and thorough.
