Big O Dodge of GreenvilleReviews
Big O Dodge of Greenville review
I want to give a shout out to Darlyl Rutland and Big O Dodge today. I needed help with the doors on my jeep and some touch up paint. I was in and out with everything I needed within minutes. Great customer service as always!
2026 RAM 1500 review
I have owned the Ford and GMC over the last 4 years. I purchased the 2026 Ram and was pleasantly surprised about the truck. Rides smoother, shifts better and preforms better than the other 2 rivals that I have owned. This truck has the straight 6 (Hurricane) that preforms better than the 5.0 Ford or the 3.0L diesel in the GMC. Smooth running with the best shifting 8 speed I have ever owned. Even better than my wife's Lexus. This truck even looks better than the other 2 rivals. Standard with heated seats and steering wheel, sliding back window, 12" screen and storage compartments in back floor board. Only only regret, I did not try the Ram earlier.

Big O Dodge of Greenville review
Donnie was fantastic with explaining everything to us before we purchased our new car. We previously bought a car with him back in 2018. The main reason we came back. The process was super easy and we drove the car home the same day we walked in. They get all the stars from me as does Donnie.

Big O Dodge of Greenville review
Don Edward best service rep I’ve ever dealt with. Has taken care of my problems two times quickly and efficiently. Even got my problem taken care of on a Friday afternoon!
2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

Big O Dodge of Greenville review
It’s all about Chris Watson. My experience with most dealerships has not been good, however,Chris made my stress level go way down yesterday by calling first thing in am, answering all my questions and concerns. He kept in touch all day either through phone or text and I appreciated that. And…… got my car back the same day. Just wanted to publicly thank him and the service folks involved.
2026 RAM 1500 review
It was great for daily driving and if I have to long road trips I recommend for anybody for any reason to buy this truck.

Big O Dodge of GreenvilleReviews
Big O Dodge of Greenville review
Was shopping for two models of cars after hours: a used Bronco or Renegade when noticed the Jeep Compass as even a better buy than the Bronco. There was only the one Renegade on the lot. Couple of days later greeted by Daryl Rutland offering several test drives of certified used Compasses pointing out each's differences, most slight but significant to me even color, but especially what 'certified' really means if made a selection. Liked what I was shown and decided to buy a newer like new certified vehicle than I originally had intended when just was looking on my own. Kept in contact on occasion with Daryl since purchase - he sold me on Big 'O Dogde's family owned image.
2026 RAM 1500 review
Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!
