My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Zeigler CDJR in Schaumburg, and we want to recognize the outstanding service we received from Hamza Ali and Vance Isom. Because of Zeigler’s excellent reputation, we felt comfortable purchasing our vehicle sight unseen and even flew in from New Hampshire to Chicago to complete the deal. When we arrived, Hamza was waiting for us at the airport and couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. It was the last day of the month and the dealership was extremely busy, but Hamza went above and beyond — even offering to take us out to get something to eat while we waited. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Vance in the business office was absolutely terrific. He was transparent, professional, and made the process smooth and seamless from start to finish. Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not.
