I came in with low hopes on getting a trade. Bad credit. Financial issues. Chris helped getting all the info and helped me pick a car. Mike got me a great loan on a great car. Low intrest rate and almost no down payment. How he did that i have no idea. Josh he wrapped it all up and finished all the paperwork and talked about all the bell whistles. Chris even took the time to show me how to use all the new fancy features my new car has. Was a great experience here. Ive been telling everyone how great it was here and if they need any kind of vehicle this is the place to go.

Excellent experience. My husband and I saw a used vehicle online and drove from Burlington to see it. John at BMW was an excellent and personable salesman. He answered all our questions, was very patient, and very kind. He worked very hard to get us a deal we were happy with. Most of all, he made us laugh and treated us well.
