We went in there after we saw a van online. We left there the first time with nothing. Got a call back from them with a better price. Went it and purchased the van. Super friendly and honest!

My service experience is always a++. I think everyone at Reedman Toll has been trained to be kind and accommodating. Kevin, in the service dept., is especially kind, patient , helpful and very knowledgeable. The provided tea and coffee is quite nice too. Waiting room is clean and the chairs, actually like small sofas for one person, are very, very comfortable. Definitely makes waiting for auto service pleasant .

Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Jack in sales made our purchase a quick, easy and fun experience. We test drove a couple of trucks and a car, which were all beautiful. The process was pretty painless because they all worked together as a team to help get us into our new Truck! Jack was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining how all the vehicle systems and accessories worked. While we were in the dealership the staff we spoke with were courteous and acted in a professional manner towards us.

Not sure my review went through so writing it again. Wonderful service experience. Was on a trip in our Camper Van from MA to FL when a CV joint failed. Justin took us in first thing the next morning, confirmed the problem, and had us on the road by noon. I could be more impressed by how well we were treated.
