I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I received at this dealership. I was in the market for a new truck, new to me and my family. I was introduced to my salesman, Mason Slinger, who i actually meet online and then set an appointment to look at a vehicle. That vehicle did not work out, but Mason and his team there with the used cars, was very patient and thorough when it came to the needs of me and my family. We looked at multiple vehicles, over many weeks and a couple of months until all the planets aligned and everything worked out. My salesman, mason was excellent, the finance people were amazing to be able to put the deal together, within a budget that worked for me. After the actual purchase, i took the vehicle home and noticed some issues with vents that did not work properly so i took pictures and sent them to my salesman and asked him if there was anything he could do. They actually ordered all new ones, no cost to me, and this was not even on the "WE OWE" paperwork. We set an appointment, and I brought my truck there and everything was fixed. I am a 22 year retired Army Veteran, who has traveled all over this country. I have bought vehicle at over 50 different dealerships in multiple different States around the country. It is safe to say that I have never had such a great experience as I did here at Grand Junction Jeep Chrystler Dodge. From the Salesman to the finance, to the service tech who put in my new vents. Everyone i meet, saw, or came in contact with was just happy and professional. In a world where i thought customer service was lost, this establishment restored my hope that all is not lost. They have built a great culture and environment and from what i have seen and experienced a place where people actually want to go to work and are happy with their job. Excellent communication made buying a great Jeep at a fair price a breeze. Jason was responsive to my needs and kept the entire process transparent. Jeep was a CPO unit that came ot me like new. Detailing and prep work was meticulous and clean. I will definitely be returning to Arrigo in the future!

So i didn't get the car i really still want it i keep seeing it 😔😔 i can afford it but I never been without a job more than two years ....but 2 yrs ago I was hit by two vehicles on my job and hadn't worked since 😔 I'm wondering if I could put more money down could I possibly still get this car ....just a thought

I was there with a a friend who was getting new tires on his truck and this young man with a backwards pirates hat and glasses on with a mopar shirt was just the most genuine person I have seen made conversation and just all around a great person

People were very nice service was great, however they refuse to budge in their pricing so expect to pay what they ask.
