Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Hyundai RAM of Bellingham review
Rairdon salesman Lucas too very good care of us throughout the entire shopping and purchasing experience. We had been looking for a Wagoneer for a couple of months and when the right one was on it’s way to the dealership he got hold of us a few days before it arrived so we could see it as soon as it hit the lot and once the financing part of the process started the financing department took care of everything and got us a great deal on the 2024 Grand Wagoneer they had for us to purchase.

The car was not ready, as promised, on our return. Roughly 2 hours later it was. The repairs and/or discount were still worth it.

Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Hyundai RAM of Bellingham review
Took my Ram 1500 in for its 7500 mile maintenance service. James was efficient and friendly. When I made the appointment they told me it would be about 1.5 hours and I had been planning on waiting at the dealership. However, after I got there, there were a few more RRTs/software updates that they had to deal with & the estimated wait time was 4 hours. They made arrangements to take me back to my house by a shuttle. I was contacted when my vehicle was ready for pick up and everything went smoothly. Based on this experience, I will continue to use Rairdon’s Bellingham to take care of my Ram.

Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I had a absolute pleasure working with Tuan while buying a new(used) car in mid-November. He is such a down to earth guy; willing to work with me on my wants and wishes. He helped ease all the anxiety going in and was so personable. We talked and hung out during the waiting process on the paperwork, he was so understanding; helped me set up the radio; got the car all washed up! I highly recommend going in and asking to work with him! He won't disappoint you! Kyle which is a manger I believe; he was very nice also and got me to the price I wanted. Darcee is the finance manager. She is great; we had to go back and forth with paper wok due to some stuff. Which I'm sure was annoying; but she was always professional about it and kind! Overall the whole experience was amazing and it all started with Tuan and being such a kind and understanding gentlemen!

I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.

Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Marysville review
I came for oil change and spark plugs when they told me it would be 3-4 hrs I said I had an appointment at 11:00. Could I get a ride if it was going to be that long. They said no problem but we will see if we can get you out in time to make your appointment. 2 1/2 hrs they had the work completed. Only reason I did not give them 5 stars is they pass the credit card fee back on the customer. At the price of parts(twice of after market) and labor they should not have to do that or at least let the customer know when making the appointment that is there policy. Cash and debit cards do not carry a 3% fee

Ordered over the phone. Received the item the next day and had it also programmed and key cut the same day. Quick and efficient just too pricey.
