Back in January, 2023, I was looking for a replacement for my aging Ford Escape, and I spotted this nice looking Jeep Patriot on the lot (on Sunday). I checked on Monday, and it was still there. I took a test drive and decided to buy it. The only hitch was that the title docs were not completed, so I had to wait a couple of days before I could pick it up. The salesman did his best to make this happen, so I was not that unhappy. The car runs well, and I've been happy with it since then.

Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.

If you want a car maintenance shop with the highest level of integrity and Excellence this is the place. The check engine light recently went on for my impala. Most people know there are many possibilities. Peter was the service person who guided me and he was amazing. I was taken care of right on time and it turned out to be a Chevrolet warranty part that was immediately replaced. Even the detection services for free of charge and my total price was zero. I am sure there are mechanics today who would have taken me for a ride. But everything was fixed for free. Thank you so much.

My appt was made immediately, at a time and date convenient to me. My car went in immediately, I waited for it while NYS inspection was done, along with an oil change and tire rotation. Kevin also had the Jeeps I wanted to test drive waiting right up front for me! Once I bought my Wrangler, it was serviced, inspected and cleaned waiting for me upfront. I’d do business with them again.

This truck has everything I wanted in a 4x4 and then some. Comfortable ride with feeling like a car, great handling, strong v6 engine. The layout of the dash is customizable and intuitive.

Had roadside assistance bring car in for what I assumed was a warranty related issue since the car has only 12k miles but it ended up being a damaged radiator. Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.
