I recently had work done at Germain Kia. It was recall work for the emission system, but Eric in the service department handle it with the best customer service that he always does. Because it was a recall, there was no charge, and the entire work was done in less than an hour. I was quoted at least an hour for the work. I killed most of the time in the waiting area playing on my phone. It was over before I even knew what was happening.

I got preapproved foubs the vehicle I wanted online and had it shipped to the Morse Road location. I have had absolutely no priblem qith my car since I bought it last year. It was clean inside and out and the service was awesome. When i go to buy another vehicle I will return. I will recommend them also. GREAR JOB!!!

I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.

We went here after seeing a car advertised online. Jessie was our contact and salesperson. The obd2 reading indicated some issues....They lowered the price to defray the cost of oxygen sensors. That was kind of them! Jessie was awesome and the other employees we interacted with were friendly. This car is now our 16 year old daughters first car! She is delighted! Big thank you to the service department at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet! I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. The guys in service were empathetic to my situation and immediately started inspecting the tires and checking the sensors. Turns out the tires were fine. One of the sensors had gone bad. I had peace of mind to drive home eastern PA. I asked what I owed and was told no charge, glad they could help. Thanks again.
