I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

Bought a car from Ariana. I bought the 2024 Nissan Rouge SL. They didn’t have two toned grey so they ended up wrapping the roof and got the car to look the way I wanted to. Ariana answered all of my questions regarding the car and showed me how to work the technology on the car.

Paid to have vehicle delivered from OKC to COS dealership before I purchased it. Was well worth the 4 days it took to arrive. I have yet to find a truck near the price I paid unless it has double the miles. No haggle price I thought was going to be a big deal, but it was the BEST deal. Call ahead before you walk in or have a salesman name ready, you will be greated by long lost friends (MANY) who want to sell you a car right now. Internet was the best way for me.

Sometime you actually find the best place to do business that's what happen during my visit to Spring Automotive Grp. I was greeted by a sales person named Adam. I ask Adam if Eve was having a good day? He chuckle! Then he start to show and tell me about many really good car I was seeing in the lot. I could tell Adam knew his way around cars and the Spring's Grp. He explained the purchase process, financing and services offer to buyer. My salesperson, Khristi Hayden, was absolutely amazing. She ran interference for every problem and solve them all. I'm going to refer as many people as I can to her to handle their car dealership. Whatever was lacking anywhere else she made up for with her expertise diligence and positive attitude. The resales person should take lessons from Kristi!! I was in the market for truck and messaged Ryan after finding a great deal off the Sterling Auto website. This was one of the easiest, stress free, no pressure experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was in and out the door in under 2 hours. Highly recommend. Everyone I met with was kind and straight to the point. I highly recommend and would happily do business with them again.

Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.

Came in to get my car appraised and look at some of my upgrade options. Ariana was super helpful and easy to work with. The appraisal took 3 minutes, which was super fast. Went for a test drive on the frontier PRO-4X. During the test drive I felt no pressure to upgrade and she answered all of my questions regarding the car.

The customer service at Carmax is excellent. This is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were super friendly and did not waste a lot of my time. They were extremely efficient throughout the entire process.

Although we did not yet buy from CarMax, we were very impressed with both their helpfulness and and their low-pressure. The salesman seemed more interested in getting us into the right vehicle than he did in making a sale, which was impressive.
