The experience was just extraordinary. I witnessed the switch from Bob Stallings to Clay Cooley in real time and it was a bit bumpy at first because not even the new phones were working but once they got things rolling this team was unbeatable. Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.

I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car.
