I've been servicing my Grand Caravan since 2023 in here with high satisfaccion, this time on february the 4th, I got the check engine light fixed, and I requested a quote for the headrest of the second-row seat, which was not retracting. Had made an appointment for oil change, rotate tires, check fluids and alignment. Took 3 hours, then was told they were short handed and couldn't do the alignment until the next day. Very inconvenient. Took my car in the next day for the alignment and they did give me a discount on it for me having the inconvenience the day before.
