My original sales rep had retired but I was fortunate to get Jeff Jones as my new sales representative. He is Director of Fleet Sales and is a terrific salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Not only did he listen to my needs and concerns, he went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle possible to meet those needs and my payment concerns. I love the car he found. It was everything I wanted and affordable. Melissa Pattison, Finance Mgr, was extremely helpful. She explained what I was signing and then gave me my options to consider. Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. I like this dealership and will continue doing business with them because of the people they have and the great service I always get. My kids have used them too. Highly recommend this dealership.

Easily one of the best car-buying experiences I?ve had. Grand Prairie Ford treated me with respect and worked to help me, not take advantage of me. My sales associate, Isaac Oliva, really set the tone from the very beginning. I reached out with a simple email about a vehicle I was interested in, and he responded quickly and clearly with no pressure. He helped me set up an appointment, and that initial interaction is what made me feel comfortable enough to go in. Once I arrived, it only got better. Isaac was patient, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything in a way that made sense and never tried to push or upsell me. It truly felt like he was on my side throughout the entire process. I also want to acknowledge the management team behind the scenes. I didn?t meet them directly, but I could tell they were working to help make a deal that actually fit my situation. They considered what I needed, and that meant a lot. On the finance side, Braylon Boudreaux deserves credit. That part of buying a car is usually stressful, but he made it surprisingly easy.
